Miralax 3 Times A Day. It is a very gentle product. I started taking Miralax daily (once a day at night before bed) three weeks ago and I can't believe the improvement.

MiraLAX can be taken at any time of the day. Finally about five months ago my doctor told me to take Miralax three times a day with two teaspoons of Benefiber mixed with it. The juice does not have to be clear. Normal stools are soft and formed, and passed without straining.
